MAKE YOUR OWN Tincture

A tincture is an alcohol base that absorbs the healing properties of herbs.You can make your own tincture by adding 150g of freshly chopped herbs to 150g of botanicals or if it is dry herbs then 20g to 150g of botanicals. Leave them in the sun for 3 days and then store them in a dark place at room temperature for 3 weeks and shake the container frequently.Then drain with a piece of muslin and store in a dark bottle.Lifespan 2-3 years.
